ConsumerLatest SMS Terms
Last updated: October 18, 2026
This program is being prepared and is not currently accepting subscriptions.
Program and sender
ConsumerLatest Text Updates provides recurring marketing messages about our home-services, insurance and home-equity information-request services. The sender is ConsumerLatest. Messages do not establish eligibility for insurance, financing, or a service quote.
Choosing to subscribe
You enroll by entering your mobile number and separately selecting the SMS marketing consent checkbox on an identified ConsumerLatest signup form. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing anything, receiving a quote, submitting an information request, or subscribing to email. A service request alone does not enroll you. Marketing consent applies only to the named sender and topics described at signup.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Contact your wireless provider about charges.
Cancellation and help
Reply STOP to cancel marketing texts. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact [email protected] to request help or withdrawal. A cancellation confirmation may be sent. Marketing messages stop after withdrawal; a new subscription requires fresh consent.
Privacy
Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Providers acting for us may process data to operate the program. See our Privacy Policy for collection, use, records and privacy requests.
Delivery and participation
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery and supported carriers may vary. You must be at least 18 and authorized to use the number you provide. Let us know if you change or relinquish that number.
